Thing 5: Thoughts on Library 2.0

I can certainly see the necessity of anyone working with the public in a library being familiar with the ways in which our customers wish to communicate. A library blog would be a great thing to have to let folks know what's happening in the libraries on a day to day basis and to be able to get feedback from the public on what they want and don't want.
Having looked at several library's blogs I can see the tremendous marketing tool they can be as well.
